Unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing, your EuroRescue insurance is governed by English Law.

Before you start your holiday, you should ensure that your vehicle is in good working order and has been serviced as necessary.

 
 
Territorial Limits

Cover applies within the countries of Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Cover under Euroday is restricted to a maximum of 75 miles radius of your Channel Port of Entry, which must be either Boulogne, Calais, Dunkerque or Ostend.

EuroRescue is not a replacement for Green Card Insurance cover and you should notify your Motor Insurers that you are going abroad. We cannot cover cars over 15 years old and caravans and trailers attract an extra premium of £30.


We cannot guarantee the delivery time where a car is being recovered to the UK. We aim to repatriate cars within 14 days of your return home.

The car must not be used for private or public hire, racing, rally or other competition purposes.

If we incur additional costs beyond the scope of the service which applies, you must reimburse these costs on demand.

After this action if you are still not satisfied, you may ask the Complaints Department at Lloyd's to review your case.
